SonaqClient specification was for an Internet based live collaboration tool designed to allow contact centres to work with on-line clients in real time. Solution allowed contact centre agents to view Internet pages being viewed by the client and assist them in form completion and site navigation.Engagement with client was at start-up stage and the product prototype was delivered to them using Delphi, C++ and Javascript/HTML. Solution was architected as an n-tier solution utilising SQL Server, a load balancing solution using web services and ActiveX technology to allow complete interaction with the client environment. Engaged with client to head-up and create development team, develop production version of the product and present to clients at pre-sales meetings. Client delivered system into a number of customers across Europe and engaged in talks with indirect resellers to augment their solution offering through addition of the clients product. |
